Pike Appraisals was founded by Teddy Pike in 1983. Her son Bob Pike assisted on appraisals occasionally, however his main job prior to 2001 was in the Information Technology field. After the dot.com crash in 2001, Bob joined Pike Appraisals as a full time appraiser.

Teddy brings to the company a long track record of appraisal experience and knowledge. When a unique challenge presnts itself, she always has the answer. Bob brings the technical skills that make our apprasial reports among the best in the industry. Together we have grown the company to work with a large network of clients in various industries.

The core business for Pike Appraisals is the lending industry, however we also have extensive experience working with Attorneys, Home Owners, Home Buyers, Investors, the IRS, Real Estate Professionals, Tax Professionals, Insurance Professionals, and clientele in many other industries.
